Hi, I’m Will Thomas

I created Somatic Relief Yoga after injuring myself in a yoga pose at age 47. 

In figuring out how to heal, I developed a technique that not only fixed the injury but also cleared up aches and pains that I had just considered inevitable with my age. 

Most importantly, I reset the relationship between my mind and my body - becoming more confident and optimistic. 

Now at 55, I’m more flexible, strong, and pain free than ever, and am happy to be able to teach the simple and easy, 35-minute technique to you.
