    I coach people who are ready to regain their flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection so they can do the physical things in life they want to do - improve the golf swing, recover faster, feel better. 

    Injured in a yoga pose at 47, in rebuilding I discovered we can improve muscle health quickly and safely by learning to listen to our body rather than only telling it what to do.  Now I guide people through a quick and accessible routine to get  the results they want.
